Instructions are worthless. If I know that I am going to be on my feet and walking most of the day, these are the shoes I select. curry 9 navy Now it is not noticable and more comfortable to wear! Made from good stainless steel, chrome plated for product longevity and gives a nice sheen in the wipe.
