Unfortunately, is has a major flaw if you dont use a case or you use a minimal bumper style case. v61765 They also come with different size ear buds so that you can ensure a good seal to eliminate background noise. v61765 It does have the option to use a band which goes across like headphones, but I still prefer the in-ear application. The instructions are easy to read (and somewhat funny) along with pictorials for easy use. Unfortunately unless youre staying pretty still the buds shift and you lose this seal. v61765 Did not help with the first unit and the 2nd would not reset. nothing special here.
