I would get the size you wear in tops that are not fitting tops or size up from your regular top size if not your exact top size in the trainer you purchase. Its not a big enough difference to look bad, but is an important note if that matters to you. cj neo classic However, price-wise I can buy 3 1/3 pairs over the next decade.
